About this cartoon: Unlike every president before him, Donald Trump not only refused to accept the results of the election but actively blocked Joe Biden from receiving transition information including vital national security briefings. He also used the post-election window to bitterly file endless lawsuits challenging the vote totals and did whatever he could to make life harder and policies thornier for the next administration.
